Schöne kleine Finca auf großem Grundstück
9.0Gemütliche Finca auf großem Grundstück mit aktueller Ausstattung. Der Pool, die Terrassen, die Outdoor-Küche - alles vorhanden bei einem attraktiven Preis. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage und gute Matratzen. Kein Verkehrslärm da in 2. Reihe gelegen und etwas abseits. Durch das abschließbare Tor und den geschickten Sichtschutz durch Hecken und Zäune hat man theoretisch seine Privatsphäre. Wir würden wieder buchen.
− Der ohnehin schon späte Check-in um 17:00 Uhr wurde durch die Putzfrauen um 2 h verschoben, so dass wir die Finca erst um 19:00 Uhr! beziehen konnten. Das ist nicht ok! Unschön war auch, das der Eigentümer an 2 Tagen einfach aufgetaucht ist und ungefragt „Sachen erledigen“ musste. Das hat auch gestört obwohl der ältere Herr sehr nett war. Für Leute die die Finca der Ruhe wegen buchen: Sie ist ländlich gelegen und täglich leben die Hähne ihren Sängerwettstreit aus, auch Hundegebell und Pfauen sind oft zu hören. Also wirklich ruhig ist es nicht (auch nachts), aber dafür kann die Finca nichts.

10.0Die Ruhe. Der Pool. Alles genau so wie erwartet, oder sogar besser. Viele Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung seine Zeit toll zu verbringen. 3 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder mit WCs, 2 große Terrassen, 5000qm Grundstück, Grillplatz! So muss das!
− Es gab keinerlei Mängel an der Finka, hier kann ich nichts nennen. Dass die Fahrradfahrer in den schmalen Straßen wie Verrückte fahren hat nichts mit der Finka zu tun. Ohne Auto ist man aufgeschmissen.

8.0The location was great, somewhat close to the water, mountains and cozy towns. Pool was nice, outside bbq was great! Kitchen felt properly equipped, even if a little dated. Enough towels for a whole week provided. The hosts stopped by twice, very friendly and welcoming.
− There had been a few cameras installed in the house. Even though it was just the living room and kitchen, I didn’t like the feeling of being watched. I understand that a host wants to protect his/her property but some privacy needs to be respected. We didn’t make a fuss about it and instead covered them. We let the outside camera facing the driveway uncovered since we didn’t feel bothered about it. Hot water generally lasted for less than 2min. Not enough for multiple people showering. There weren’t any basic supplies like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs or soap.
Good to know
The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the property, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no trash should be left in the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 will apply for waste management.
