9.0Great location, near to all the historic attractions, nice walks down the canal, only 20mins away from the coast, had a lovely day trip to Morecombe Bay. Pretty House with comfy bed and good facilities. Handy for shops and town centre.

8.0Good location. Comfortable bed. Cute house. Good value. Absolutely (despite comments below) as per description.
− Stairs steep (no rail). Step down to bathroom caught me out more than once. Shower over bath (although ok pressure). If it was my place, I'd open up the staircase to the dining area and put in a bannister and replace bath with shower cubicle. And make the back yard into a pretty little outdoor sitting area with plants pots etc. Just bins there (they could go in lane as per neighbours). Just dreaming.

10.0This is a lovely property to stay in, absolutely loved the art and decor it really made the stay feel cozy, very ideal location as its very close to the center and it was just the right amount of quiet and although i didnt use the ktichen i found the little additions in the cupboards like tea, coffee and herbal tea as well as some herbs and spices a really nice touch.
− There is not one thing I did not like it was a very pleasant stay for my first time being away on my own and everything was clean and set up nicely

− Problem with the jammed bathroom door. Should have been sorted before renting it out.
A true home away from home
10.0We go up to Lancaster at least once a year. This was the first time bringing our dog and we were really lucky to find a true home away from home.

8.0The location was great, with a nice walk over the canal into the city. It was quiet and parking was easy. The kitchen was great.
− The bath and shower tiling was a bit mouldy. I don't like air fresheners so they were a bit overpowering.
