Tranquilidad a los pies del Mar Menor
9.0Las vistas al Mar Menor desde la terraza. El parking incluido en el recinto de los bloques de pisos, que además se ve desde la terraza. La ausencia de ruidos en el vecindario, permite una buena sensación de tranquilidad y un descanso adecuado.
− La ubicación en la que está es muy buena (está, literalmente, en el margen del Mar Menor con acceso al mismo) pero, al mismo tiempo, las calles y, sobre todo, el callejón para llegar a la Gran Vía de La Manga son oscuras. No da una buena sensación de seguridad cuando se vuelve por la noche.
