This place is great, we loved the room, it is spotless and well decorated, the location is fantastic and the pool is a great addition. Everything was great from the moment of the booking until you check in, the communication was great, I really like how the staff make you feel welcomed, I even received a message a few hours after we checked in to ensure we are settled and all is ok, that is so nice. Thank you very much :)

− I rated 9 because of the bed, the mattress is so soft and lower in the right side than the left, you can easily feel it, I think it is overused, we didn’t sleep well and woke up with backache, neck too because of the pillows, they were not comfortable at all. If both mattress and pillows were good I’d rate the place 10 stars out of 5. Another issue. Check in is at 13:00 and I was asked about the time we will check out and I replied as scheduled. We were 2 minutes after 13:00 as my husband had some health issue so we were slow in leaving the room, someone rang at the door saying: are you checking out, guests have arrived..!! I simply answered: “are we being kicked out, it is just 2 minutes, and we are ready”, as our suitcases were by the door, and definitely guests won’t check in straight away until the room is cleaned. The behaviour put us off a little bit, and the way the message was communicated was not the kindest. I hope the manager takes the mattress feedback into account, we would like to come back as we are just a short drive away
