I would never hire a cleaner that can't clean. It's a shame because the management team are lovely.

Love the place best place to stay

− Cleaner pretends to clean doesn't even put laundry detergent in washing machine he sprays liquid bleach from floor cleaning and surface cleaning bottles on white towels into washing machine to wash those and has used nothing on bedding and put it in washing machine. Never puts bins out or cleans, we've stayed loads. Love the owners they seem really nice just a shame their cleaners are shady. The bathroom was disgusting the first time we got there I gutted the bathroom kitchen and hallways myself. I've cleaned the kitchen and bathroom from top to bottom, brought my own laundry detergent and used that on the bedding as they use nothing. There's no cleaning cloths or sponges I replaced them. Cleaner leaves cups and bowls and pans standing in the sink covered in flies for days on end. They are between 2 young lads and they both do as little as possible. They hide the back door keys so you can't put bins out. They don't put bins out. It's a shame the management don't hire a better cleaner. I'm a cleaner I run my own cleaning business I come here for a break and end up cleaning so we can clean and eat without bacteria 🦠. And I don't get paid for it. The cleaners are never grateful and are always shady. They hid the hoover in the cupboard instead of using it to clean the property. I stayed here for 2 weeks straight not once has a sweeping brush or hoover been used ever. Dirty dishes still in sink they just walk past it. They leave dirty bedding on the beds I always have to wash the bedding before we can sleep as it's always stained why because they don't use detergent and they leave laundry in the washing machine stinking covered in bacteria 🦠 it's not fair to guests residents or management. They are getting paid for doing nothing.

Very dirty and damp room. Chest of drawer broken, chair broken, 4000 years old damp smell 24/7. I paid for private bathroom but when i entered home i came to know there is no private bathroom. And ist time i felt unsafe for my self while staying in that house. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED.

− Kitchen was filthy Massive dog in building ( no pets allowrd) If wanted book another week had tell owner by 8am or would receive a cleaning charge????? Was more like a homeless shelter ( someone tried selling me drugs)
