La atención en la recepción es poco amable. No brindan colaboración que el huésped necesita.
7.0− La llegada estuve más de media hora esperando en la puerta porque no sé aclara que el ingreso es en la otra manzana o cuadra. La dirección de la recepción no coincide con la que aparece en Booking.

− Las habitaciones no tienen comunicación interna con la recepción hay que dar la vuelta completa a la calle para encontrarla. La dirección que teníamos era de la habitación y no de la recepción. No sé aclara esto en el momento de la reserva y pese a que tuvieron el número del mi teléfono no hicieron una llamada aclarando la situación. Duramos más de media hora golpeando en la puerta de la habitación en la calle, sin respuesta alguna. Hasta que buscamos en la plataforma de Booking para confirmar la dirección y logramos encontrar un mensaje que había y que era muy difícil de ver, con la otra dirección. En la plataforma de Booking debería estar la dirección de la recepción y no la de la habitación que nadie responde.
