It was at most adequate. Clean linen but unkempt garden and no feeling of of warmth. Septic.

− Very spartan. Nail protruded on bannister and guest suffered a deep cut. Bathroom door still broken and no locks on bathroom or toilet

− Place was dirty, and not cleaned properly from last visit. Broken door handles on bathroom so kids could not use.

4.0It was well located in a quiet residential Road. The neighbours were surprisingly helpful and friendly.
− It wasn’t very clean, I think that the only cleaning was a change of bedding and towels. I had to wash all cutlery before use.There was only a sheet on the mattress, no protectors present. All the bins were overflowing . The toilet door didn’t shut, we fixed that. The inside locks on toilet and bathroom had been damaged. Thin poor quality pillows. There was some sort of leak from the bathroom into the back bedroom as the floor was wet.

8.0We were given a code and accessed no issue on arrival. The place was appointed with what we needed for 4 people.
− The linen in the hallway was a bit awkward to move about.
