We stayed in this apartment for over a month and had a very comfortable experience. The flat is well-equipped with everything needed for daily life, including heating, which is quite rare in Spain and was a big plus for us. The location is excellent — we could easily walk to many places, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hosts were very kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. They also returned our deposit promptly after we checked out, which we really appreciated.

− The only downside is that the apartment is located directly on the street level, so sometimes random passersby would ring the doorbell during the day and even at night, which could occasionally disturb our sleep.

Good location

− Key collection wasn't that great had to go to 2 different shops to get the key...no proper explanation of which floor the apartment was on until the owner video called me...then said he would send some one to help gain entry as the lock was hard to open no one came...on opening the door assumed it was the entrance to the apartment but it was actually the entrance to two apartments...the apartment was clean but the bathroom was very small and cramped...I'm only 5"5 and had to sit sideways on the toilet 🚽 as no room for your legs to sit it properly....the bed was very hard and the pillows didn't smell very clean so didn't bother getting into bed just laid on the top bed spread as on pulling the sheets back we didn't like the look of the bedding.....the blind above the bed was broken....we only chose this apartment for it's location but it wasn't up to our expectations.....we were glad to get back to our hotel in Alicante as it was the worse night sleep we have had in ages as neither one of us could get comfortable in the bed it was like sleeping on a rock.... If you don't mind ruffing it for one night then maybe it's for you ... I thought it was owned by a Spanish family but it wasn't we had to pick the keys up from a kebab shop that started alarm bells ringing ....
