− No coffee machine, no shampoo,soap in the toilet. Water comes out when taking a shower. We suggest to buy a longer curtain.

− Hard to find ,problems with parking,unfriendly owners, Tiny bathroom,coffee machine and toaster don' t work.Dangerous step in bathroom.Does't worth the price,find something else around for example hotel angeletto.We spent 1.5 hours to find the place and a "free private parking was atvleast 500 meters away. Very nice at10PM! We could stay sleeping in the car ,but were lucky enough to find a very friendly owner of nearby hotel who took his car and showed us the exact building.Never again,don' t be stupid.

10.0Nice hosts, good location on Rocca di Papa, so You can as well go to Rome or just hike in the neighbourhood. But remember to buy Cotral tickets on line 😀.
