I would like to start by advising that this booking and experience was very inconvenient and unprofessional. I truly und
1.0The location was only good thing about this property
− First of all the lockbox code that was given did not work, and when I asked to view this property and let me determine whether or not it was suitable, I was told no that it was not cleaned, and there was a heavy smoke smell after I drove nine hours to get there, and that I can either Find another accommodation or relocate to another available property that was located inconveniently upstairs. This was very frustrating

− The actual location in the neighborhood and also it needs maintenance, paint, landscaping, and a deeper cleaning like behind the beds or underneath and through out the house and an inspection for some of the stuff that could be functional like one of the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms.

8.0The unit is spacious and exactly like the pictures. It is very comfortable and I love the big screen TV in the living room with a very comfortable couch. The main bedroom is huge and has a sitting area. All in all it is a nice place. Update: Management is very responsive.
− The street it's located on is very busy, but the sidewalk is well away from the road and so it's still nice for walking. The floors are dirty as indicated in other reviews. I do believe that management cleans the floors but there seems to be dirt trapped in the texture of the tiles, so you may want to wear your shoes whenever you're in the house. It is a very nice floor, it just needs a scrub. Update: Management said they would address the floors so hopefully this will no longer be an issue.
