After four amazing but exhausting days on a motorbike tour through Vietnam, The Mist Boutique Hotel was exactly what I needed. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The service was warm, genuine and professional throughout my stay. My room was beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed and lovely details that made it feel special. The welcome snacks were a nice touch, and everything was finished to a high standard. The hotel itself has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to recover after several days on the road. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a drink while taking in the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is ideal: close enough to explore Da Lat, yet quiet enough for a great night's sleep. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend The Mist Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Da Lat. It was one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay!

Good Hotel with One Significant Disappointment

Beautiful, clean hotel with a fantastic location and great views. The staff are incredibly kind and do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are lovely, well maintained, and everything is in good condition. The reception team were particularly helpful in arranging transport for us from our original location to our next destination, which we really appreciated.

− The one thing that left a sour taste was that an expensive makeup item went missing during my stay. It’s a product I use every day, so I’m very aware of last using it in the hotel room. I thoroughly searched all of my belongings multiple times, checked every bag, and searched the entire room, but I couldn’t find it despite being 100% certain I had left it there. I contacted reception at around 9:00 a.m., and they responded promptly, assuring me they would thoroughly search the room and investigate, which was initially reassuring. Unfortunately, when I returned at 4:45 p.m., the room had still not been cleaned, and no search appeared to have been carried out. When housekeeping eventually came to the room, they cleaned it but did not thoroughly search for the missing item as reception had said they would. Had this not happened, I would have happily given this hotel a 10/10 because it really is a fabulous place with really kind staff. Unfortunately, the fact that this happened at all, combined with the way it was handled, left me disappointed. As a result, I wouldn’t feel comfortable staying here again, as I would worry about something similar happening in the future. I appreciate that this was only a makeup item, but if situations like this aren’t taken seriously and investigated properly, they could potentially involve something far more valuable or important.

Очень уютный отель, с красивыми видами , где хочется остаться не на одну ночь. Мы остались в восторге от удобства, номер чистый и уютный. Вид с окна на горы, рано утром пили кофе и любовались пейзажем. Спокойная обстановка в отеле и вокруг него. Чувствовались европейские нотки в атмосфере отеля))) Вежливый персонал, всё объяснили, показали , так как мы приехали утром, смогли оставить на ресепшене вещи и поехать гулять - это здорово. К нашему возвращению номер был готов. Есть парковка для байка для нас это было тоже важно. Завтрак был превосходный, большой выбор блюд, всё вкусно и эстетично.
