L'idée de séjourner dans un hotel confortable et éco responsable. L'architecture est intéressante.

− L'électricité c'est coupé à plusieurs reprises et plusieurs heures dans la nuit. La réception était fermé et le gardien injoignable malgré les coups de klaxon avec ma voiture. Il a fallu occulter la lumière d'alerte sécurité qui était très forte dans la chambre et empêchait de dormir. Plus d'eau pendant la coupure électrique. Par ailleurs la piscine est vide depuis plus d'un mois...le coffre absent...nous avons préféré quitter l'établissement prématurément et poursuivre notre séjour ailleurs, le Cap Vert reste une belle destination et les Cap Verdiens très sympathiques.

The people were very nice, the location was nice, there was a nice sea view and a mountain view, and the food was very good I have to admit.

− There was no ventilation in the room. It was hard to sleep. There were no places to put your towels after the shower, it was so hard to open the doors. There were too many cockroaches in the room, too many mosquitos (I couldn't sleep because of the heat in the room and those mosquitos) and even centipedes that I had to kill (didn't really want to) because I didn't want the kids to be bitten by one. Definitely not worth the money. The pool was not working. I received many messages from the hotel to look for a different place if i was not happy with the pool situation but how am I going to find accommodation last minute? Especially during Sao Joao. Overall I was disappointed.

Instalaciones, moderno, atención del personal. Vistas.

− Había muchos mini mosquitos. Al hacer calor y no tener a/a, tuvimos q abrir el balcón para refrescar ayudados del ventilador. El antimosquitos no era suficiente.

Apenas é possivel salientar a simpatica do segurança que ajudou. Pois estava com uma crianca e ele rapidamente chamou taxi.

− Pessima organização. Piscina esta avariada. Nao é informado ao cliente. Ao fazer check in e questionar o horario da mesma informaram que estava avariada a algum tempo. Logo de seguida questionaram se pretendia cancelar. Ou seja ja estao habituados que clientes cancelem apos a chegada

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The atmosphere was relaxing, and we really enjoyed our stay.

− The mosquitoes were a major issue, and we could hardly sleep because we were constantly being bitten. There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the room would benefit from having a full-length mirror.

Localização, pequeno almoço, limpeza, staff, vistas espetaculares e o sossego.

− A piscina não estava a funcionar, não havia ar condicionado nos quartos contudo as ventoinhas atenuavam essa falta.
