4.0Tucked in and away from streets.clean room air conditioning was nice and kept up with the heat as it was 109 that day.
− Arrived after I got off work at 1239 am forgot the room key went to off no one there had to to wait outside for an hour until employee returned to get my a new key

− The outside concrete and grassier areas could have been cleaner but not terrible
it wasnt bad for somewhere to just sleep
3.0I enjoyed the nice cold ac and how good it worked. and the location wasnt bad. it wasnt loud, you didnt hear anyone the whole time.
− the bathroom was dirty, the doors barley shut and lock, i can break into them with a key card. the parking lot sucks, beds are stained like the blankets and everything

7.0Location was excellent and price was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
− I had to cut my time short by 2 days. Since I booked through a 3rd party and not directly with the hotel I had to redo my reservation to shorten it. The hotel never replied. I left before checkout on Sunday. I was booked for Sunday night and Monday. I still have not gotten a response from them so no refund for the nights I was not there I guess. So although the staff on site were excellent the change in reservation and refund had to go through the owner and they never responded although I did get a text asking for a review. I sent a text back and 12 hours later no response.

2.0− We had reservations online for a two queen beds sutie. Get checked in, we got one FULL bed.
