− Garbage bins were full. They were foul smelling and full of maggots. Had not been emptied for a very long time. Backyard lawn was overgrown with weeds on mass. Roller door to carport was faulty and needs replacing No hand towels or face cloths in bathroom. Old tea towel only hand towel in bathroom. Skylight in bathroom/dead geckos visible inside it. Some spots of black mould visible in bathroom. Overgrown garden near front door made it very difficult to reach front door. Need clearer instructions on how to use code screen at front door.
