1.0Nothing. We didn't manage to stay.
− They said they couldn't accommodate us because they we're OVERBOOKED, we booked 10 days ahead, so we didn't understand why. They offer to give us a single room with 1 additional beds, we were 4 adults, and we paid for premium quadruple room with 2 queen beds, how would they expect us to fit in a single room? The communication was unclear, they can't even answer why we were being relocated. On the other hand, they relocated us to a decent enough hotel so it was fine, better than a single room they offered. It was very inconvenient and kinda ruin the supposed to be a full day of fun before we headed to calapan.

− Lacks of staffs to accommodate many tourists. Maybe, during peak season try to add more staffs or seasonal staffs so that there will be equally divided attention to the tourists who’s staying in the said property.

10.0The free shuttle and the very accomodating staff.i hope they will maintain the property clean and very comfy to stay in. Will definitely go back and stay here again!
