10.0Внутри отель ухоженный, чистый, комнаты уютные, мы проживали в делюксе- комната небольшая, но с современным ремонтом и включала все необходимое. Особенно понравился сервис и забота. Мой ребенок попал в больницу на операцию, сотрудники отеля окружили заботой и вниманием, постоянно были на связи и всячески помогали. Для меня также критичным было питание, чтобы оно было свежим и вкусным. Разочарования не было и отравлений тоже.
− Кондиционер в номере работал слабовато. Внешне отель местами уставший. Детский аквапарк не работал.

− One of the travel beds for the babies was old and had some malfunctions, also it had only one mesh side instead of two, which could cause risk for the babies. but the staff was more than helpful providing us with another bed.
