8.0Location great, close to the harbour and a few warung. The staff are very nice, they let us check out later which was a big plus to us. We also rented a scooter from them. There is water, coffee and tea available all day for free which is handy. We had a great stay. Breakfast is available from 7 to 9, but given most guests leave for tours at 8, I recommend telling the reception if you will have breakfast after 8.
Clean and comfortable
9.0The hotel was nice and clean with an en-suite bathroom, western style toilet and shower. The bed was comfortable and there was a really nice view from the restaurant. The breakfast in the morning was great and there was a big selection of food including fruit, rice, fish, vegetables and omlette. The receptionist spoke a some English which made things easier. We felt the hotel was good value for money and not sure why it has lower reviews than the surrounding area as we didn’t have any issues!
− The AC worked, but didn’t cool the room as much as it should have done based on the settings but it was enough to be comfortable.

− Unfortunately the communication with the staff is very difficult because they don't speak English and the wifi was down for at least 24 hours so the google translator couldn't be used. There aren't any car taxis in the town so you must take a tuktuk to the center. It was raining very heavily when I left so it was a little unconvenient even though the tuktuk had a roof.
