Számora ez a szállás egy nagy SZAR, mert azt gondolom, ilyen heyzetbe nem lehet hozni egy utazót....

− Londonba érkezésünkkor, felhívtuk a szállást, hogy , ha esetleg előbb eltudnánk foglalni a szállást, mint 16 óra, azt megköszönnénk. Meg is ígérte a szállásadó, hogy értesít bennüket. Nem értesített! - 15:30 körül ismét hívtuk, már nem vette fel a telefont.....- helyi idő szerint 15:46-kor kaptam a Bookingtól egy e-mailt, hogy a szállás (amit előre kifizettem) nem tud fogadni.... - és ott álltunk a Temze parton a párommal, szállás nélkül.... Röviden ennyi.....

− I don’t like writing this but other people should be aware of this. We had a problem with one of the beds because was infested with bugs and sofa wasn’t any better so first night I slept in another room on the floor and then was forced to book another accommodation. We send pictures to host and I send a message on this platform but no one get back to us at all . Communication absolutely 0 .

1.0I’ve had a terrible experience with this host please listen to these reviews and do not book there was no bedding in the apartment, so no pillows duvets, bedsheets NOTHING no towels, and when we told the host about it instead of a resolution they just cancelled our booking in the middle of the night leaving us stranded in London. The toilet seat was broken and there was a pest issue on the property as well. It is clear these hosts do not care about their property and I’m not entirely sure why it’s still listed on there. Checking in was also a nightmare the host also refused to give us the keys. It was just a terrible experience that I wouldn’t wish on anybody else.
− to make matters worse the host completely ghosted us and would not respond to any of our messages or text. They just cancelled our booking in the middle of the night.

− Geschirrmaschine sehr schmutzig WC Deckel hält nicht Ausstieg Badewanne/Dusche gefährlich Wegbeschreibung falsch: Seville statt Saville, sehr lange mit Gepäck gesucht, Adressangabe für Schlüsselhalter wäre sehr sinnvoll! W-Lan funktionierte nicht
