ruhige wohnliche Umgebung, aber trotzdem nahe gelegen an der Stadt und zu Fuß alles erreichbar / moderne Einrichtung, alles wichtige vorhanden / Lautstärke aus anderen Zimmern/von anderen Bewohnern ist nicht wirklich zu hören also schön ruhig

− man hat entweder Glück oder Pech mit anderen Besuchern was Lautstärke und Sauberkeit in der Gemeinschaftsküche angeht / Küchentür ist recht laut weil es eine Schwingtür ist und mein Zimmer war direkt davor gelegen sodass ich das Knallen der Tür jedesmal laut gehört habe, besonders abends/nachts sehr störend / Zimmer hat keinen Fernseher oder großen Spiegel, aber das ist eher ein Luxusproblem

I didn't stay. I left at 2330 on the first night of my booking as it was too smelly and noisy.

− The room, downstairs and rear of property, didn't match any of the photos in the property details. There was strong cigarette smell in the room upon arrival, which I reported immediately. It was uncomfortably hot and airless. Later in the first day very strong smells and loud banging was experienced from the adjacent shared kitchen which continued until around 2330. There were other loud noises and loud talking in the property and in the garden until beyond 2330. I informed the hosts of these matters and shortly after I decided not to stay in the property on the first night of my 2 week booking as it was uncomfortably smelly and restless and noisy. I immediately informed the property of my decision and left to alternative hotel accommodation which I booked myself. The next day the host half-heartedly offered alternative accommodation but zero details of what this was were given and I had lost trust in the host to provide an acceptable alternative. No refund for the entire prepaid stay has been given despite me providing a clear account of why the accommodation was not acceptable. booking.com have been unhelpful in dealing with my complaint. It was a an entirely unpleasant experience.

Nothing don’t be fooled to pay extra for a private bathroom as they all have there own bathrooms just shared kitchen, honestly after the first 2 night I was sick of the place people coming and going silly o’clock in the morning this happened often over the 13 night people banging arguing and sounded like fighting the kitchen door slams every time it’s opened people doing washingblate on a night early morning and to top it if it’s invested with black ants

− Not worth the money I asked for a refund after 5 nights got no answer honestly you’d be better off buying a tent and camping in the park over the road and traffic was terrible all night every night
