Great hotel, staff was amazing and super helpful, unbeatable location near the Glover Garden. I would give them 11 out of 10 if I only could.

− That I could only stay there 2 nights. I wish I could have stayed a full week.

ホテルスタッフによる観光案内サービスがとても良かったです。長崎の歴史についてとても詳しく教えていただき、とても良い経験になりました。また、ラウンジでのフリードリンクサービスもとても良かったです。建物も外観、内装、立地どれも素晴らしかったです。

− 朝方に隣か上下階の部屋の声がよく聞こえ、目が覚めました。（それほど大きな声で話している様子ではありませんでしたが）
