1.0好心的鄰居幫我們開門，我們才不至於流落街頭。
− 主人說好接到訊息和電話會打開一樓大門，但是我們打了20多通電話都沒人接。預定住宿時已告知班機時間和抵達住宿的預估時間，就連前一天和當天我都不斷告知抵達時間，卻在我們抵達時候不聞不問！那麼冷的天氣和深夜的時間讓我們非常絕望！附近與市中心完全沒有空房可入住！完全就是可怕的經驗！隔天主人簡短的說他身體不舒服所以沒回應！非常不負責任的主人！主人有那麼多的時間可以聯絡我們，或是請別人代為開門，但是他完全沒有備案！太可怕！然後熱水壺壞了，淋浴間的門關不起來，浴室散發著下水道的味道。整體的經驗糟糕透頂⋯⋯⋯

7.0Close to the airport. Good contact with the owner. A really big apartment. Busses depart outside the building both towards town and airport. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor.
