This lovely apartment is situated centrally between Los Cristianos and Las Americas and an easy stroll to the beach, restaurants, bars and the shopping district. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need complete with a great balcony

L' appartamento era provvisto di qualsiasi cosa: attrezzatura mare, prodotti da bagno e da pulizia, kit primo soccorso, il proprietario gentilissimo e all'arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra,vino,cioccolata,biscotti ,cialde per il caffè e ci ha aspettato oltre orario dell' arrivo. La vista sull'oceano è semplicemente mozzafiato e di notte si sentono le onde. Pozione comodissima a tutto e a due passi dal mare e con un bambino piccolo è stato veramente fantastico.

− Zona un po' affollata e di notte alla chiusura dei locali si sente un po' di rumore nonostante fossimo al nono piano. Purtroppo c'è stato un imprevisto: per tre giorni consecutivi stavano facendo lavori di ristrutturazione nell'appartamento sopra il nostro ed è stato impossibile riposare al pomeriggio per il nostro bambino e la cosa ha causato abbastanza nervosismo e stress (cose che in vacanza non si vorrebbero). Non è colpa del proprietario ovviamente e magari nemmeno lui lo sapeva... Proprio a causa di questi lavori la mattina che siamo partiti siamo rimasti senza acqua per un po'. Con un bambino piccolo avrai preferito una zona un po' più silenziosa

Fantastisk udsigt og veludstyret lejlighed med alt hvad man havde brug for. Kort afstand til indkøb og mange gode restauranter.

− Desværre var de i gang med ombygning af lejligheden ovenover, som støjede meget de første dage mellem 10 og 15

Fantastic location! The beach is really near with lots of shops and bars/restaurants nearby. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. There were welcome drinks and snacks when we arrived. Communication with the owner was good and the complex is secure. Great value for money. We'd definitely stay again 😁
