This is a spectacular spot! I stayed here for several weeks in April and May and had an amazing experience. The rooms are great and good value. The food is excellent, and the owners (Lilly and Ganesh) and staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. Feels more like a family operation than a business. It’s walking distance to some excellent trails around Begnas Lake, and on a clear day the view of the Annapurna range from the roof is sublime. This place is a gem!

Wow hotel. Very aesthetic design of the rooms, feels like home. I stayed in the room with two balconies with stunning views on Annapurna and Manaslu massives. Super friendly, helpful staff and sweet owner. The delicious food. I highly recommend it.

Staffs are very nice and helpful,food taste amazing but limited menu,rooms has good amenities reducing a plastic waste.thats good👍

− Hard to reach, slow service, and overpriced food 🙁 The location is deeply tucked away and very difficult to find. On top of that, food delivery was incredibly slow, taking almost an hour to arrive. The restaurant prices are also way too high for the hotel's actual standard and seem aimed strictly at overcharging foreign travelers.

Hospitality

− Facilities, property is far off from city and main road. No AC, No Lift, No TV. Room full of insects at night as there is no wire mesh to stop insects once the door is opened. Bathroom too small. Property should mention that it does not offer what is common with a standard hotel. People with mobility issues cant climb up floors should avoid. Properly is around 5Kms from Tal Chowk so expect NPR 700-800 each time who think of going upto Tal Chowk. For travelling till lakeside expect expense of NPR 2000 each time. Upto Begnas Lake also, it would cost NPR 300 each time by Cab. Unless somebody wants to stay away from the city, serene, quite, cut off from the world kind of stay, this is the place to be. For me who wanted to explore Pokhara it was a wrong place to stay. Food is costly at hotel, and there are hardly any good place nearby to have dinner till Begnas Lake. From my perspective, nothing good about the property and I felt wasting my money staying at this property. .

I had a wonderful stay in Indralok Hotel. The food was amazing, the hotel staff were very helpful and always positive, and everything was clean and comfortable. The views of the Himalayas and the lakes were absolutely breathtaking. It’s a perfect place for anyone who loves peace and quiet, and the terrace at the top was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Nepal.
