7.0Charming appartement block, clean, well located, lots of available parking right in front. Also affordable.
− Mattress needs to be changed asap, almost fell off the bed at one point, we did not sleep very well. Neighborhood wasn’t super safe, walking around in the evening felt like I was in the Last of us, homeless people popping out of nowhere.

10.0Bairro bem tranquilo e transmite muita segurança. Ficamos em um apartamento na parte inferiror, estava tudo fucionando, aquecimento bom, chuveiro ótimo, cozinha mais que completa com cortezias, banheiro com amenites completo, cama confortável.... deixamos o carro na rua pública em frente do imóvel sem cobrança. Fomos correr a Little Rock Maratona e estávamos a 1km da largada e chegada, atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades. Para se alimentar ou compras usamos o carrro.
− As janelas do quarto poderiam abrir para renovar o ar. Mais prateleiras no guarda roupa. Só comentários, mas não interferiram em nossa nota máxima.

− Has a moldy/musty smell when you come in the door. You get used to it when you are inside, but likely mold/water damage somewhere.

9.0Cute and cozy property. Clean. Loved the courtyard at night. Close to river park. Loved the shower! Desk in the bedroom was useful. Bathroom toiletries were nice. We didn't use the laundry, but it would be nice to have for a longer stay. Overall, very good experience.
− There was a bit of a musty smell when first arriving. Could use an ozone treatment. Could have used a ceiling fan in the living room. Bed was a little soft and futon a little hard. The towel hooks were way too high and not enough if there were three guests.
It was such a great experience. So comfortable! Would recommend to anyone going to Little Rock!
