− Parking could be a problem Need to be careful on the stairs No cupboard space for your food provisions No place to eat or drink in walking distance, just one expensive local store. Very busy main through road

Cosy, comfortable and clean and great place to stay when visiting North Norfolk.

The cottage was delightful, very clean and cosy and had every thing we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and the hot tub was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and contact with the holiday company was excellent. The TV was great and we were able to access all apps. Useful having my grandson with us as he was brilliant with the controls.

− We were not too keen on the macerating toilet in one of the bedrooms and only used it lightly. But there was a toilet and washbasin on the ground floor so that was fine.

Nice but basic and wouldn’t stay again

It was a nice property. A little smaller than expected and the stair case is very small, would not be suitable for tall people or very small children as it is very steep and curved which made getting luggage up and down very difficult. The kitchen is basic and it was a little cold in the evenings, even with the heating on

− We were very disappointed that we only managed to heat the hot tub up once for the duration of our stay. The rest of the time it would not work and the owners have refused to refund us even part of our payment because they don’t see this an an issue
