Breathtaking views! Pet-friendly

Beautifully renovated and decorated, it’s a spacious home ideal for couples & families. Great for short stays. Pet-friendly. Toilet downstairs in the corner of the kitchen was convenient. Can never get enough of the breathtaking view from the balcony! A slightly steep hill to walk up and down from the historic centre, the scenery is worth the climb!

− Advertised as a two-bedroom apartment, there was a double bed in the main bedroom and a foldable single bed and extra mattress in the connecting space/room, by the wardrobe. Not separated by doors or curtains. The single bed is in front of the bathroom upstairs and facing the staircase, where a lot of light comes through the semi-transparent main door downstairs. Size too small for an adult. We were two friends in our mid 30s travelling together and expected separate spaces with privacy, this was not ideal. May not have been such a problem for families with children. Host was very kind to help me move the single bed downstairs, unfortunately I was not able to sleep at all for the first night, with the movement-controlled light at the main door and street lights. I ended up paying for another hotel for the rest of my stay. My friend who stayed had also a slight lighting issue as the curtain does not go all the way so there was also light coming through.

The owner picked us up and drove us and our luggage to the property as we couldn't drive to the front ourselves. Apartment was right below the centre and there is a fantastic pasticceria there. Comfy beds with nice plugs for all our accessories. Good shower. A/C worked great. Lovely balcony with fantastic view.

− Access was on a tight road and a hill so slightly difficult to reach. My hubby managed to drive in front with my assistance on the narrow road so we didn't have issues in the end.

Amazing to place to explore Toscany

This small house is amazingly decorated, it feels so cozy. There are 2 floors, a bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a balcony offering an amazing view. An apartment is very spacious and located in the old building in the historical part of the town. It was restored in way so you can see old walls and wooden beams structure. Internet was ok, as water pressure in the shower. Location is quite. Kitchen is basic, but has everything you need. Luigi (Francesca's husband) met us with a key and helped with luggage. Important note, you can't drive to the place since this is ZTL, you need to find a place to park your car. Luigi helped us with that. Also worth mentioning nice present from Francesca - a very good wine :). They both tried to create this special Christmas vibe in every detail. We are very grateful for that. We really like the place and would definitely return.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location with an amazing view. Everything is newly refurbished. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip
