5.0Position is good, apartment is nice, very good forniture, is confortable...cute. But nothing particularly special.
− Terrible costumer service, There was no internet at all , no tv signal neither. When we reported the internet absence NOBODY had the elegance of answering our message. So we were 11 days without internet. ( and of course after not having an answer, was useless to report any other problem, like TV signal) They try to do things so "efficent" with machines, that forget how to deal with humans. 🤷♀️ it's a pity cos place is not bad.
