10.0Great property in a peaceful location, exactly as described. The hosts were very welcoming, and every detail had been thoughtfully considered, giving me privacy and the freedom to come and go as I pleased. Excellent value for money—I would happily stay again.

Lovely and comftorable bungalow stay
9.0Clive and Lina were very lovely hosts who gave us a very warm welcome and diligently showed us everything we needed to know. Nice to chat to them during mutually free time! Very communicative online and fine with last minute, night-before bookings. Plenty of amenities including: guest fridge; water filter; two toilets; bathroom with shower, bath, gels and towels; TV in room; garden and smoking area if needed; and plenty of room for parking. Lots of attention to detail to make visitors feel comfortable and at home!
− Location is good, 15 mins from King's Lynn, but the village itself is quite small with not much to see - more of a base for further afield, recommend having your own transport.
We were made so welcome and offered a cup of tea on arrival. Excellent value for money!

10.0Lena and Clive are great hosts they are both warm and welcoming, smiley their yorkie is gorgeous and our dog really got on well with him, this is unusual as Bella can be a little snooty. There house is spotless and they have a lovely garden which you can sit out. Bed was really comfortable my husband said it was the best sleep he's had whilst not at home .
− I would prefer ensuite facilities but we only stayed one night so we coped ok

10.0A fantastic stay with exceptional hosts. Lina and Clive were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The room and bathroom were spotless, the area was peaceful, and their lovely dog, Smiley, was a joy to meet. Great location for visiting King's Lynn and the North Norfolk coast. Highly recommended!
