10.0We had a fantastic stay from the lovely welcome greeting on arrival by the staff to when we left. The property is so well looked after, beautiful gardens and seeing the animals stroll by was great. The staff went out of their way to make our stay the best. Thank you

Luxurious VIC Falls game park hotel with highly personalised service and hospitality.
9.0Beautiful property right next to their conservation reserve- most dusk/ dawn you will see some giraffes, lions, and the occasional rhino at the waterhole in front of the restaurant/ bar/swimming pool. The botanical garden is teeming with baboons and mongooses. Rooms are generous, comfy and the attentive staff are very friendly and very accomodating and offer a personalised service. No request is too much. The conservation safari drive is fantastic- the guides go out of their way to show you their very special black rhino.
− It is 15 min outside of VIC Falls and the hotel doesn’t offer a shuttle service. If you just want to venture out and explore on your own to get some last minute souvenirs or have a local meal/ coffee you will need to pay for your private transfer 60 USD return (transfers are only included in pre-booked activities). A hotel of this calibre should offer a free shuttle service a few times per day.
