Overall it was good but Gym and Spa were missing. Also the property need some good lights.

− Being in Manali, Siddu, the authentic and traditional national dish was missing in the menu.
Stay out of Poor management & Overpriced.

− It is over priced & service is very poor. Reception & other staff are very rude & would not resolve to any complaints or issues. Breakfast does not have a good spread. Even very poor hygiene. Rooms were also unclean at checkin time. Safety lockers were not working.
Not worth for money. Many options are there in manali so chose wisely

− I booked a royal suite. As per booking details it was written AC is installed in the room. But no AC was there in royal suite. I stayed on 27 june 2026 which was quite hot in Manali and without AC stay is not worth Rs 11000 for the room

6.0The hotel is conveniently located on the Main Highway with parking available. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is satisfying.
− There is a single water flow in the park, likely originating from the upper hill and hotel areas. It resembles an open drain, with wastewater flowing and emitting a foul smell, making it hard to enjoy park visits. Additionally, I booked a deluxe room with a park view, but upon arrival, staff informed me that such room doesn't exist; the only deluxe rooms overlook the back side. This was quite disappointing. Booking.com should update their website to clearly indicate that deluxe rooms do not have park views.
Not a great stay.
6.0− Single mattress for the bed should have been better as it's not a twin room. Netflix should be available than arranging hundreds of local channels.
