The house is recently renovated but it's a poor job that looks to have been performed by an amateur.

− The neighborhood is sketchy at best with questionable looking people walking past the property at all hours. My wife didn't feel safe there. The property came up under booking.com's pet friendly filter. It is not. Imagine finding this out 5 hours after arriving. Then receiving an email stating to remove the pet or pay an additional $150 cleaning fee. That's a total of $250 in cleaning fees for 2 nights - half the rent! We left the next morning, in the middle of a hurricane and drove home cause there were no other options. When I took this up with booking.com they only responded that I should dig down deeper - nothing about their failed filter. They lost me as a customer forever. The icing on the cake was the ants on the bed found in the morning. Avoid at all costs - sometimes a bargain is far from it.

I would never stay there again nor recommend this Air BNB to anyone.

Nothing, we left early.

− The location was in fact horrible. On day 1 it was raining out. I proceeded to walk in the front door for the first time where there was no welcome mat. The tile floor was so slippery that I twisted my left knee and then fell to the floor on my right hip. I went to my orthopedic today and am now awaiting an MRI to see whether I tore my meniscus or ACL in my left knee. How about a mat to wipe your feet on or even a sign stating the floor will be EXTREMELY DANGEROUS & slippery when wet. Nothing at all! I'm not the suing type so don't worry. Be that as it may, SHAME ON YOU! On night 2 we came back to the house from dinner at about 9:30pm and were met with someone sitting in the car port on their bicycle. Unable to pull our car into/under the car port, we asked this stranger/trespasser to please leave. He quickly replied to my wife and I "F*** You it's raining". We told him that he could not be there as we were staying there. He replied by saying "it's raining and I'm not moving". We proceeded to back out of the driveway and call 911. At that time he started following us on his bike giving us the middle finger and screaming "F... you! The police came to the home, checked out the neighborhood and continued to provide extra patrolling throughout the evening. There were no incidents thereafter, but this was clearly enough to make us leave the premises early. We were fed up at that point.
