9.0it was modern, clean and good enough for one person. I was planning to work in Duisburg university and being close to the university was a big plus for me.

7.0- Big apartment with a 13 min walk from the central train station - very good cafe next to it
− - no elevator - we booked for 4 adults and 2 kids, the apartment had only one half started toilet paper roll and one pair of slippers. - building is very old and having this apartment as a hotel definitely disturbs the neighbors. They are very upset with guests, even though we tried to be very quiet it is difficult since the stairs are squeaking and the floor jumps when one walks - there is 60€ cleaning fee, even though overall apartment looks clean we found several pairs of socks and panties

− hostess is not kind and the check in process is not great, we only got instructions on the day itself and this could be smoother and easier
A modern and clear appartment, the kitchen not too practical, excellent for a stay for 2 persons,
8.0A very clean apartment with excellent beds and shower, the kitchen was well equipped with oven, microwave, toaster & utensils. The junior was very happy with the television.
− Layout of the kitchen was impractical with a tiny sink next to the stove, and the fridge always in the way. The building is not too sound proof; noisy in the middle of the night.
