8.0Location was superb. Host was friendly and responsive. We had a missing pillow and he offered to bring it over late at night which I told him that I can do without it.
− There is no way to leave the building during check out timing from 10.30 - 12. Our whole family had to walk down the stairs. It was really bad for us with young kids and luggages.

− The bath towels provided were really thin and there weren't enough provided for use after a swim at the pool. There was no dryer to dry the towels.
