1.0The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff eventually delivered an additional futon with bedsheets and comforters after we contacted them. However, this only happened after we complained.
− This property was falsely advertised. We booked and paid for 4 guests because the listing clearly showed two queen beds, and the photos indicated that both beds were located in the living room. However, when we arrived at almost 10:00 PM, we discovered there was only one queen bed inside a single bedroom. There were no beds in the living room as shown in the listing. Instead, we found only one folded single futon stored inside a cupboard. Before paying the security deposit, I specifically messaged the host to confirm the room layout and sleeping arrangements since we were four people, but they never responded to my question. Ironically, the only prompt message we received was the next morning asking us to transfer the security deposit. As it was already late at night, we had no realistic option but to stay. After we contacted the host and pointed out that the apartment did not match the advertised photos, they eventually brought another futon along with two bedsheets and two comforters. These should have been provided from the beginning, not only after we complained. This listing is misleading and does not accurately represent the accommodation provided. We paid based on the advertised sleeping arrangements but received something completely different. I request a partial refund for the false advertisement and the inconvenience caused.
We decided to early check out after staying for one night instead of 3. Don’t feel like holiday staying here.

− The stay was terrible. Apartment was dirty. Bedsheets was not changed. (With blood stain). Shower water pressure was too low and it’s not hot.
