Если вы любите шумные места и компании - тут прекрасно. Если нет - то нет.
8.0Очень симпатичные, новые, хорошо обустроенные и мебелированные апартаменты. Удобная частная парковка прямо у двери. Вся техника и сантехника работает, все на месте. 15 минут пешком до исторической части, оживленных торговых и туристических улиц. Рядом - кафе со вкусной и дешевой едой. До супермаркета - 5 минут пешком.
− Дом расположен на очень оживленной улице, рядом с загруженным перекрестком и линией наземного метро. С другой стороны дома - открытая автомойка. Рядом - кафе. Немного мешает спать шум от машин, мотоциклов и мойки автомобилей. Из кафе поднимаются запахи пищи. В рядом расположенном парке до утра веселятся шумные компании.
