7.0Fabulous location. Comfortable beds.
− Needs blinds on doors and kitchen window. Particularly noticeable in the very hot week. Microwave located on shelf above and behind fridge freezer felt risky.

10.0had a fantastic stay with family, just returned from a 2 night stay at Colorado Caravan, location was excellent, very quiet away from the entertainment complex but only a 5 min walk so not so far away, very clean caravan with everything you need for a comfortable stay, just a couple of things though, the cold water tap wasnt working in the en-Suite and the double bed was very soft, not ideal if you suffer from bad ache but this is only personal preference, excellent wifi adn a nice large TV, lovely big sofa bed in the lounge and plenty of storage, also just to mention you will need to go to reception to purchase entertainment passes which allow you into the main area to go swimming/watch the entertainment on an evening/ eat etc quite cheap though at £13 pp overall a very enjoyable weekend away
− maybe a new mattress in the double bedroom Ladies toilets in the entertainment complex were extremely dirty and looked like they had never been cleaned :-(

− The van is filled with owners things. You cannot unpack. Even food cupboards full of out of date food. There is clutter everywhere. The wallpaper is peeling off in 2nd bedroom and it looks grubby.The heating was insufficient then packed in. No hot water for shower, no warmth- it is freezing. I am so disappointed as this was expensive and I expected it to be nice
