9.0The property was perfect for us, and the hosts were excellent; very responsive and replied quickly to our questions, not to mention extremely helpful when we locked ourselves out! We went to the property during a refurbishment of our home, and when we ran into time difficulties with the contractors, Robert happily extended our stay which saved a real headache! Huge thanks.

10.0The service Robert and Chris provided was exceptional I cannot fault them at all from as soon as the booking was made the responses from them were so speedy I even had to extend a furthur day at an unsociable hour and helped me out with this also. The property was kept very clean and tidy and spacious. I would recommend this to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

− The price is quite high for what it is, I've stayed in similar types of houses in Luton for a lot cheaper. So I would say it's not value for money. Tv/WiFi doesn't work that well, considering the price you pay, the tv is very slow, streaming service don't work well.
