1.0Good location
− Booked ground floor apartment with extra large double bed and walk in shower. When we arrived we were given a totally different upstairs apartment. Nothing like the description or photos. When we eventually got through to the contact number the owner said he had double booked as he was using multiple booking sites. He was very rude and wanted us to leave, if we didn't like what we were given we should go and find a hotel.

− Bed was a bit too soft for us but that’s a personal choice . Would like to see some coat hooks up for next time we stay :)

6.0Great location, parking and facilities. Modern, comfortable apartment with everything you need for a nice stay. Comfy beds and a home away from home feel. East access but feels safe with Yale locking door.
− Cleanliness. Needed a good dust and black mould removal in bathroom. Cupboards lacking in tidiness.
