It was nice and clean.
8.0I liked it was clean and I was given good customer service.
− The front desk worker Jessica was doing the job of 3 people and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in because of that. But she gave great customer service!
Overall my stay was decent. The beds were noisy and I was not pleased with the additional charge.
5.0Did not do breakfast. The location was good.
− Being charged for linen change that did not occur. I only spent one night in hotel with no additional service. I was told that this charge was automatically added and would be removed at my request. I was still charged for the service.
The room was ok, front end staff was never at the front desk and never answered the phone.
3.0The location was close to Sam’s
− The staff was never at the front desk, no complimentary breakfast or anything. No cleaning service while I was there and had to ask for towels from someone cleaning another floor. Although a king size bed, it seemed shorter.
I didn’t stay at the hotel. The service was terrible! Our room was disgusting, and the staff was TERRIBLE!
