Location of the caravan was perfect, close To amenities (clubhouse, costa, papa johns, swimming pool, arcade) great pitch on site. owner of caravan was very helpful with swim session booking and early check in

− Owners communication was great and they were very helpful can’t fault that but the Caravan would have been better if a few extras were available eg bin bag liner, shower gel etc. The caravan was generally clean but the carpets and sofas could Do with a deep clean and the table and chairs outside would look more appealing and useable if cleaned.

Great site, poor onsite food restuarant

Caravan was perfect 👌 Close to all amenities. Clean and a good size. Fresh clean linen. Had everything we needed. Great entertainment area and as the England game was on it had a great atmosphere.

− Would not recommend the restaurant oppersite the entertainment area.. food was awful and the staff attitude was disgusting. Dog friendly area in there, is Not dog Friendly! Stick to the food outlets Papa John's was really fresh and tasty aswell as the chippy.

Wild Duck was a beautiful caravan park with great facilities. It is dog friendly and had loads to offer all. The caravan was clean and well laid out in a lovely cetral location.

− Thw caravan bedrooms were smaller then anticipated, but we could work around it.

Lovely and clean, beds were really comfortable. Perfectly located to all amenities . Owner made everything so easy. Very pet friendly holiday

Great location for what we needed. Towels and linen provided along with added extras such as washing up liquid with sponge and a hairdryer. Coffee machine with pods was a big bonus. Had pretty much everything we needed. Would definitely come again.

− TV signal / connection was intermittent. Whilst we managed perfectly fine, hand soap and a tea towel would have been great additions.

Really nice stay, despite the issues-Haven was fab but I’d book direct next time.

The location and Haven itself was amazing we couldn’t fault the staff they went above and beyond given that we experienced a fair few hiccup’s with our private booking which was nothing to do with them.

− The air BnB was in the perfect spot, shaded with privacy, however unbeknown to us upon booking, the ownership was in mid-transfer to someone who had not signed the paperwork. She was lovely and on hand all the time, however things went wrong with no offer of money returned to us or compo-bearing in mind we could not prebook swimming on a busy half term week as our details were entered in the system wrong by the previous owner -plus my daughter cut her hand on a broken window on the first day (which Haven -not the owner-ended up fixing urgent for us as it couldn’t even but shut safety! The van also wasn’t cleaned properly with leftover wedges found and stained cups. The van isn’t kitted out with what is listed (bring your own toiletries, kitchen wear, fairy liquid tea towels and towels) and its muddy outside the van so if rained it would’ve been slush. No outdoor light bright enough to sit out nor pretty lights/hammock etc as shown- though there is outdoor seating which was nice. I felt sorry for the new owner in one way, as she was landed this and was on hand when water went cold (twice) etc however where is the part refund? Just ignored my question…Haven did say they shouldn’t be asking us to drop stuff at reception someone left behind. In the end the owner came to collect it. Just not what you need when book a holiday! We weren’t even confident we would have a van as the paperwork still wasn’t signed upon arrival! Ps the wifi doesn’t work, in fact the network isn’t even existing !
