Misrepresentation of the room
3.0Staff was courteous, location was convenient and good was decent But apart from that, it was a disappointing experience
− Booked a 'Delux room' for 1 night. The hotel's listing mentioned that the room comes with air conditioning and a balcony. Arrived to see that both things were not part of the room, which also had poor ventilation. Had to endure the summer heat through the night and barely got any sleep.
