1.0Booked Joppa Beach house on 23-04-26 check in, on, on line. Unable to locate the property, eventhogh contacted the reception several times. Poor guidance. Took another lodge to stay. Please refund the amount I paid, otherwise I will make a complaint to consumer court immediately also a police complaint. K.J. Thomas/SM.

− The ground floor rooms and the bed that was not cleaned, if you think of a haunted old house visit u must visit here the greanery was not cleaned enough and the small insects were inside the room resulting the iching and all how ever the booking staff and the caretaker was cooperative but property required pest control at least twice a year and upgrade in bedsheets and pillow along with a bit clean surrounding so that we can enjoy the garden inside the property
