6.0The owner was cordial. The staff was helpful. Rent was accepted through gpay. Hot water was available in both rest rooms. Two separate bedrooms
− The room needs improvement on (1) cleanliness of the rest rooms (2) western toilet seat was broken (3) Indian style toilet needs thorough cleaning (4) bedrooms and both the toilers have glasses on the corridor side, making the occupants discomfortable (5) a name board would help the guests to easily identify the property. But it is a flat in a flat complex, being rented out to guests. The owner does not appear to be residing in the complex and hence whenever a guest comes, a staff has to come and open the room.
