Overall I felt I didn’t get what I paid for I had no choice

Location

− Property needs lots of Maintainence, Main Door lock was not working well Washroom water doesn’t not get drain in bath tub and wash basin Bedsheets were not clean when we checked in later they came and changed when we complained Below the bed some garbage left not cleaned

The property was amazing It was nice and clean The host was so helpful bless her I came late at night and she did guide me to the property as I got little lost She also left some bits for breakfast and snacks which was much appreciated as I came late shops were closed so nice to have breakfast before I did go shopping later during the next day Also the property is like 5 mins away from town Center so close & to the beautiful nature reserve and Central Park. All food places and 2 mins away from Tesco which is as so handy I also liked the fact the host left lots of clean towels Overall thank you lovely stay

− I did get little lost but host did help me guide me however to improve maybe have a map of pictures so can see where the apartment is but overall I would definitely recommend the place Nice and quiet to

Great apartment unfortunately let down by cleanliness

Location was great - tesco round the corner Good sized apartment All amenities available Small thoughtful touches, in the kitchen, water, milk, biscuits Cosy look due to plants Everything was made available, a fan, desk, heating etc

− Unfortunately there were some cleanliness issues... bedroom carpet, linen, blanket and towels had stains. I found hair and pubic hair in the bed and bathroom, and a hair band, false eyelashes in bedroom. Host was as responsive as she could be as she was away and offered a cleaner to bring linen in the evening, I didn't want my evening to be disrupted so ended up politely declining and chose not to stay the 2nd night. The host was apologetic and I don't think she will let these issues happen again. I have tried to be fair in my review but the cleanliness of the bedroom, bedding and towels is fundamentally the most important aspect in a stay.

Absolutely fantastic location, walking distance into Chelmsford. Felt safe walking in and out and around the area. Apartment was fabulously clean and had such lovely finishing touches on arrival. Brilliant service Bella was a dream to deal with and gave clear instructions about everything.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was spotlessly clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent — very close to town and easily within walking distance — which made getting around simple. Overall, it was a comfortable and great place to stay

− The only improvements needed are small ones. The shower is currently a hand-held unit, and adding a fixed mount so you can stand underneath it would make it much more practical. The bath plug also doesn’t seal properly and could use a quick fix.
