2.0Location great. Unit clean and tidy
− No WiFi despite saying it had, as a business owner was relying on it to catch up with emails etc. Apparently an issue with modem. No refund on some of the charges due to this service not being supplied, was our most expensive accomodation in Tasmania. Shower floor slippery and all toiletries on floor as no shelf.

• Strict No-Party Policy: Parties, gatherings, or events of any kind are not allowed. Hosting a party at the property will result in an immediate $1000 fine plus the cost of any damages.
• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.
