Great location, breakfast arrangement could be improved.
8.0The location is excellent, in the walled city on a charming quiet street on the road right next to Plaza de Santo Domingo.
− There was no dining area for the free simple breakfast provided. We were told that we could eat in the room however there was not coffee table next to the sofa so it wasn't the most comfortable.

5.0En realidad es muy extraño es muy oscuro y como con una vibra extraña
− Desde que hicimos el check in al llegar a la habitación el candado presentaba algunas fallas para cerrarlo y lo más grande es que el aire estaba goteando agua y la cama se había mojado no solo la sábana el colchón también, la chica de la recepción muy amable nos ayudó a cambiar sábanas, secar, mover la cama quedando muy cerca a a baranda y un da el vacío al primer piso, se apagó el aire y dejó de gotear, en la noche cuando regresamos y encendimos el aire y nuevamente goteó por lo tanto tuvimos que dormir sin aire y pues Cartagena sin aire acondicionado ni ventilador es bastante calor, no fue una noche en la que se haya descansado la verdad eso fue lo más incómodo creo que por el tipo de habitación con la a escaleras que pueden ser peligrosas

8.0Las instalaciones son muy lindas, muy lograda la estética y la ubicación inmejorable.
− El hecho de que no haya personal continuamente en el hoteles trae dificultades frente a las cosas que no funcionan (la cafetera, por ejemplo o solicitar agua caliente para el mate).
