Private Waterfront Beach House with Fire-pit

Very comfortable beds, full size fridge, stove, microwave. Loved it had 3 full baths with walk in showers. Would be very nice for a small family reunion also. Had 1 full size kitchen and 1 small kitchen in the living room where the tv was. PEACEFUL and we were able to relax and decompress.

− No issue that was the fault of house., but not handicap friendly getting up the stairs. We both have mobility issues and the stairs were very hard to go up and down for us. Next rental will have an elevator. Cleaning fee was too high for just the 2 of us because we clean up after ourselves(but I agreed to the fee in the agreement I signed). I think the fee could be negotiable for some return if the place is left neat and clean. Only 2 beds used during our stay. Small issues not big thing but I was told it had a pod type coffee pot, it does not. So I just had to go to town and buy coffee, the filters were already there. Next thing was fan in tv room we never could figure out how to turn it on and with all the glass that room got warm without it running . I did message about how to turn it on and they were going to check into it but we still didn’t know how to turn it on when we left. Special note to the owners: in the book for people to write down about their stay it says all the way back to 2023 that they couldn’t get the fan to work. Also bathroom window had dead bugs on the windowsill but that was the only thing not clean. Also you need to have your maintenance look at the door going into tv room from the deck, cover not screwed on door knob it moves around and the door has rot on it. We are not disappointed though we went for relaxation and that is what we got.

The house was perfect. Relaxing and comfortable home. We wished we had more time there and look forward to returning. If you want to get away and relax. This is the place to visit.

Peaceful escape

Peaceful, quiet, clean, bright, comfortable and uncluttered. The perfect place to unwind. Our day consisted of watching the pelicans on the old pilings in front of the decks. New hot tub. Host easy to communicate with. Not a swimming beach but that was fine with us. Just sitting on the deck in the breeze was nice. Fire pit and fire place. About 15 minutes from shopping and restaurants.

− No dvd player or shade. But it didn't affect our stay.
