− The lingering smell of stale curry was overpowering despite opening all the windows the smell did not disappear. Holes in doors. One bedroom door did not close due to a previous lodger breaking the lock when forcing entry. The bedside light in one room was connected up using 2 extension leads and the plug did not fit into the socket properly. ( huge fire Hazard). The garden was a disgrace. TV’s in rooms did not work and could not be plugged in. There are very little positives to the property.
