8.0Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Cristina et Andrea. Toutes les modalités d'accès étaient très claires, très prévenants et très reactifs et très arrangeants. Les boissons dans le frigo et les petites gourmandises sont des petites attentions appréciables. Et la place de parking à disposition en complément est un atout non négligeable.
− Le seul bémol, l'environnement proche avec une voie ferrée d'un côté et de l'autre la route très passagère urtout à cette période. Cela a occasionné quelques nuisances sonores. Il est mentionné un lave linge dans booking mais a priori il n'est pas présent dans l'appartement.

9.0La posizione della struttura è molto comoda, sia per raggiungere la Liguria che la zona Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio ecc… Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort immaginabili, pulito ed ordinato, spazi ottimizzati. Davvero sopra le aspettative. Insonorizzazione delle finestre ottima.
− Essendo situata tra una ferrovia e una strada trafficata, il rumore effettivamente è presente. Di giorno con le finestre aperte si nota, mentre di notte chiudendo tutto non siamo mai stati svegliati da rumore eccessivo, anzi.
