8.0La ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento
− La falta de mantenimiento (campana extractora rota, nevera con fuga de agua...) y de mensaje (vajilla incompleta, tuve que comprar mantel...), y el sofá cama, muy incómodo. Pedí que arreglasen la tele y el grifo, y respondieron con eficiencia, pero el resto de cosas las pasé por alto por falta de tiempo. El acceso tiene tres tramos de escaleras que complican el transporte de maletas.

Spacious and conveniently located in Centro!
8.0Jezzy left a small box of pastries and 2 coffee k-cups to get us started. We asked for more k-cups the next day and she brought 4. After that, there was no place in centro to buy any. I think a regular coffee maker would have been more useful because ground coffee was available everywhere. Also, we would have liked to have an extra kitchen trash bag to package the kitchen and bathroom trash during the week. Because we were there for 8 days, it would have been nice because it was starting to smell. We really liked the apartment and all the space very much! Jezzy was very helpful during checkin-in and worked hard to figure out the problem with the safe so that we could use it
− We bought napkins for the kitchen, one more roll of toilet tissue and bars of hand soap for the bathrooms. That was ok. A full- length mirror in the apartment would have been a nice addition. We very much enjoyed our stay!!!
Great apartment, convenient location
10.0The location was super close to the museums, plazas,.and restaurants, and yet, being on the 2nd floor with the bedroom being in the back, it was nice and quiet. The bed was really comfortable with AC, and great bedside lights. Hot water in the shower and all the sinks was appreciated. Good enough internet for streaming Netflix. The rooms were large and lots of windows for light. Super place to stay in San Luis Potosi.
− I have arthritis in my knees so accessing the apartment was up 3 flights, each about 8 steps each. I was glad for the handrails.
